Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your STITCH Golf purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact
- Personalised products, including personalised ingots, are non returnable unless they are faulty or incorrect
How to Return an Item
Before returning your item, please print your order confirmation and include it inside the parcel. This must clearly show:
- Your order number
- Your full name

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
